I really like this company. It gave me a very reasonable quote and kept its word and does everything solid. They had one of my window glass made too tall and they made another one. Due to covid and a busy season, so things are a little slow but they kept me informed what is going on. Finally I had two window glasses replaced and they look good. I am very happy with it. I want to specially thank Matt who was not only friendly also fixed my window trim for free-:) You guys are awesome! Hope there are more companies like yours around to make life easier-:)

Ray was absolutely the most professional and darn right nicest person to deal with. We had to unexpectedly cancel our auto glass installation and he took care of us like family. We were in the middle of a home sale and were also dealing with a stubborn roof leak and window seal breaks that showed up on different days. I had four windows that needed replacing, a slider, a casement, a transom over an interior door and a large fixed window in one of our bathrooms. I called Georgia Glass Repair and they sent Matt out to assess our needs and provide us with a quote to replace all of them. First let me mention that Matt is a no non-sense kind of guy that got right down to business immediately and took his time evaluating what was needed. He then gave me a written quote to replace all 4 windows. The quote was exceptionally reasonable of which they asked for a 50% deposit to secure the job. I had no problem with that at all because they were having to order the glass and cut it to the custom size I needed. Within 2 weeks Matt and Brian returned to do the job. They called the day before to let me know what time to expect them the next day. Right on time they showed up and got to work. I heard sawing, cutting, hammering and all kinds of construction sounds as I was working upstairs in my home office. Within a couple of hours they had the job completely done and boy did they do an excellent job!! It looked better than expected, just like new. My wife and I could not be more satisfied. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone who need windows repaired in their home. I got more than my money’s worth. Thanks Matt and Brian!! WOW…this is how a service company should work. Prompt returned calls, timely follow ups, detailed explanations, GREAT PRICES, fast delivery, professional installation….did I say WOW ?
