My dog broke a 10 x 11 pane in my bay window. They took out the broken glass and replaced with new glass. Excellent communication. I made the appointment late on Wednesday night and was told they would be at my house between 1 and 3 on Friday. They called ahead of time and arrived promptly at 1:00.

Replaced 9 huge geometric shaped windows in my house. I originally did not find this company on Angie’s List, they were recommended by another window company. But I had such a great experience with them I wanted to share it on Angie’s List. They were very professional and prompt and I would absolutely hire them again.

They came prepared to work and had the old windshield out in minutes and the new one installed. The gasketing looks very good and has been through some heavy rainstorms and there is no sign of any leaks. While they were at my home they advised me how solve a long standing problem with one of my storm windows on the house and it worked out very well. They were very willing to help me out with the problem in spite of being there for the auto glass.

They provided an estimate to replace four windows in our house, specifically in two bedrooms and a living room. I plan on using their services. He was great and emailed me the estimate the next day and followed up and wasn’t pushy. I feel like he will be giving me a good price.

They provided an estimate to replace a window in the foyer. The estimate was fair and relatively detailed. They came on-time for the estimate appointment from I what I recall. The people I dealt with were professional.

They replaced one window in our dining room. They were right on time for the first appointment. The installation was done very quickly and was done while I was out of the house. There were no problems at all. The professionalism was perfect with them and they were accommodating with scheduling. The prices did seem to be a bit on the high end.

They did replace glass in 4 windows. However, about 4 or 5 months ago, they did replace glass in 4 windows, which saved us a ton of money. We didn’t have to replace the entire window. They were efficient, fast and professional. They did a great job, and cleaned up after they were finished. I would definitely use them again. The cost was around $450, which was about in line with the other estimates we got. I would rate them 5 stars!
