I had an awesome experience with Georgia Auto Glass & Georgia Glass Repair start to finish. I am new to Angie’s List and was hopeful of a positive experience, and that is exactly what I had. I had a glass pane in my kitchen display cabinet break after chasing my kids around the kitchen table. I did a search on Angie’s List and it came up with a sole glass provider close to my Suwanee zip code (I wanted to conduct business with a small business owner). Ray answered my call and informed me that his office is out of his home, but his shop is actually up in Cumming. He offered to pick up the door (with broken glass pane) from my house, accomplish the replacement at his Cumming shop, and return it to me at my house. The work done was exactly to expectations, AND I didn’t have to ANYTHING but arrange for pick up and be around for delivery. As I live, literally, just around the corner from Ray’s home office, I realize my experience may not be the norm. BUT, it is my perception is that he is willing to provide exceptional service at a competitive price…….exactly what I was looking for in a small business owner. I would recommend his company to anyone that supports what I believe is the heart and soul of the good old US of A. He will be the first one I will call with any of my future Glass needs.

Georgia Glass Repair did an excellent job replacing broken seals/windows in our home in Peachtree Corners, GA. The price was fair, and the work was done in a timely and professional manor. The windows look excellent. Job well done Ray and Brian!

After checking with other window companies they not only beat everyones price but their service was prompt and knowledgable. I highly reccommend this company.

On time, on budget and exactly as quoted. Plus they gave us a competitive quote to redo the sun room windows which they will be doing soon.

Ray was very friendly and upfront, providing an estimate over the phone based on my rough measurements and promising it would not go up once they made their own measurements. He stayed in touch to confirm the estimate and date of installation. Installers were polite, punctual, and efficient, and the windows look great, matching existing windows perfectly, and fit well. We’d definitely use them again.

I rehab homes and need windows replaced all the time. I had used Binswanger, but they have closed so many locations that I had to search for a new relationship. I called Ray and he and Brian came out the next day. They insisted on coming out rather than accept my measurements, to insure that everything was right. They ordered 4 windows for me, quoted a reasonable price, and committed to an install date and time. They were very punctual, installed the windows quickly and didn’t leave a trace of mess. Best of all…they are REALLY nice guys! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future. Honestly, look no further…you won’t be disappointed!

My dog broke a 10 x 11 pane in my bay window. They took out the broken glass and replaced with new glass. Excellent communication. I made the appointment late on Wednesday night and was told they would be at my house between 1 and 3 on Friday. They called ahead of time and arrived promptly at 1:00.
