I had four windows that needed replacing, a slider, a casement, a transom over an interior door and a large fixed window in one of our bathrooms. I called Georgia Glass Repair and they sent Matt out to assess our needs and provide us with a quote to replace all of them. First let me mention that Matt is a no non-sense kind of guy that got right down to business immediately and took his time evaluating what was needed. He then gave me a written quote to replace all 4 windows. The quote was exceptionally reasonable of which they asked for a 50% deposit to secure the job. I had no problem with that at all because they were having to order the glass and cut it to the custom size I needed. Within 2 weeks Matt and Brian returned to do the job. They called the day before to let me know what time to expect them the next day. Right on time they showed up and got to work. I heard sawing, cutting, hammering and all kinds of construction sounds as I was working upstairs in my home office. Within a couple of hours they had the job completely done and boy did they do an excellent job!! It looked better than expected, just like new. My wife and I could not be more satisfied. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone who need windows repaired in their home. I got more than my money’s worth. Thanks Matt and Brian!! WOW…this is how a service company should work. Prompt returned calls, timely follow ups, detailed explanations, GREAT PRICES, fast delivery, professional installation….did I say WOW ?

From the first call to the install, these guys were professional and friendly. They took time to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. The guys just finished with the install and the product looks great. The guys installing were awesome with my obnoxious dogs. The dudes seriously filled my house with good vibes as they were super friendly while installing. Top notch service!

Matt and Brian did an excellent job on replacing window panes in our 22-year-old windows. Ray Mullins took my call to schedule a time for someone to come and look at the windows, and then provided a quote in a timely manner. A great experience all around. Thank you for doing such an excellent job.
